I recently picked up an XDM 5.25 9mm. While the trigger is stock it is very smooth and the break is OK. Im guessing it breaks around 5ish pounds. I dont see many XD/XDM pistols localy so I have not tried the custom triggers. I know any of the Smiths that specialize in the XD/XDM can produce a swe So I've got 10,000+ rounds through the XDM 5.25 9mm. Stock trigger pull was 5lbs. Solution: 1000 and 2000 grit sand paper. Mother's mag polish, and patience. With the gun fully assembled and unloaded, rack the slide to reset firing pin, then look through the gap of the back under the firing pin stop as you pull the trigger slowly.
