Heating oil usage calculator ireland

I moved house early January and now have Oil central heating for the first time. The house is a rented 2 bedroom detached bungalow. The boiler is a Danesmoor 15/19 I'm trying to calculate how much oil will cost and it seems very expensive. Am I doing something wrong? My tank is 2600 Litres. The gauge on the front is 47 inch long.
